Our People

Our team is paramount to the success of Red Leaf Group and we believe in providing them with a programme of personal and professional development which will enhance their careers and ensure they can continue to meet the current and future demands of the business. We support all staff, site and office based, in furthering their skills through in-house training and independent courses. In doing this, we ensure that our greatest assets develop with the business.

When recruiting, we are committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusivity in the construction industry. We believe we have an obligation to create a dynamic workforce where fairness and respect are fundamental. We operate a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery in line with our Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy.

Our clients

Our responsibility to our clients is to provide a level of quality, in our work and in the service we offer, that is consistent and unparalleled. Our commitment to this is set out in our quality policy statement and maintained by Red Leaf Group’s rigorous quality management system. We understand that the quality of our work and service is the marker by which our clients will judge us and as such, ensure that this responsibility is embraced by every member of the team. At Red Leaf, we recognise the impact that the success and efficiency of a project can make on your business so to us, working with conscientiousness and respect is essential.

We operate a fair and honest pricing practice and follow the highest standards of competition, anti-bribery and anti-corruption law compliance.

Our community & environment

We believe in a responsibility to our local economy and consistently source materials and services from local suppliers, reducing carbon emissions through transportation, guaranteeing traceability in the supply chain and supporting local businesses.

Red Leaf Group is an environmentally conscious contractor and we believe that the construction industry as a whole has a responsibility to encourage a culture of sustainability and awareness to actively lessen any potentially negative impact on our environment. We seek to work with suppliers who use accredited sustainably sourced products and materials and we are cultivating circular economy thinking; to this end, we endeavour to maximise the productivity of all materials by recovering, reusing and recycling wherever possible.

Health & Safety

Excellent health and safety standards are integral to all work that Red Leaf Group undertakes. We complete comprehensive risk assessments and method statements for all projects and provide rigorous working protocols and health and safety policies. To support our in-house health and safety officer, we employ independent health and safety advisors who conduct regular site and office-based audits, continually assessing and improving our practices. All our staff hold a valid CSCS card as standard. At Red Leaf Group we are aware that creating a truly health and safety conscious workplace takes more than this; establishing a culture of responsibility, where each individual is motivated to maintain a safe working environment for themselves and others is key and we are committed to achieving this. We also feel that the responsibility of our team’s wellbeing goes beyond the prevention of workplace accidents and that fostering a healthy work culture, with an emphasis on mental wellbeing is the duty of us as an employer.
